Reference documents such as certificates, test records,warrantees, O&M manuals etc need to be viewed in the field in conjunction with quality documents such as ITPs/ITRs/Check sheets etc. The inability to do so means that these documents must be carried in hard copy along with the tablet, defeating it's purpose of going paperless. It also makes reviewing the ultimate turnover document from a tablet impossible. This really is fundamental to the success of the app.

Simon, your comment is a different request so if you would please, add a Suggestion List item to track it if you haven't done so already or voted on one that exists today.
This would be a great feature if we could add reference documents centrally to an Enterprise/ BU or Project and that could update whenever the tablet syncs
