So that old files can be archived and kept without deleting. H&S have asked us to complete this.

Maybe we could get a function to be able to edit a workflow once it is in use. That way we could put this status in and use the bulk status change items to updated them all.

Ah hindsight is great. It would be better to setup the workflows with an Archive status, that is not synced to the tablets. (wish I had thought of that earlier).
