E-MAIL OPTION AVAILABLE IN TASKS

Once again, linked to the use of tasks for RFI. When the whole process finish, we need to have the ability to transmit the response to the subcontractor (we create the task on their behalf as we must avoid them seeing responses to the RFI without our approval). At this point we can't give them access to the folder where the tasks is being managed, as they'd be able to see the tasks responses at all times, so our only alternative is to e-mail the response, but we want to keep it within 4P. The e-mail function available for general documents would be helpful.
