Currently, Viewpoint for Projects sends email notifications for a wide range of activities, which leads to an overwhelming volume of updates - many of which are not relevant to our work. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to “follow” or “track” specific files and receive email notifications only for changes, comments, or updates to those tracked files.
This targeted notification feature would:
Reduce unnecessary emails
Ensure we only see updates relevant to the files we care about
Improve efficiency and focus when working in 4P
By allowing users to customize notifications at the file level, the platform would offer a much more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
