For example, if a Site Manager identifies a hole in a wall, a snag is raised and issued to the plastering contractor to make good. Once the wall has been patched, a separate snag must then be raised and issued to the decorating contractor. On multi-room projects, this can result in a significant number of additional snags being created purely to pass works between trades.
To streamline this process and reduce duplication, I suggest updating the “Issued to Organisation” field to allow multiple subcontractors to be selected. This would enable a single snag to be reassigned or progressed between relevant trades until it is fully completed and signed off, improving efficiency and reducing administrative workload for Site Teams.
