It would be a massive improvement to disable/remove the option to delete the answer for the Form Location question because it is currently a loophole that can be used for the wrong reasons.
What I mean by that is that a form may be created in location X, all the checks done and form signed with location X in mind, then the Form Location question is deleted and replaced with location Y. The problem is that the Audit Trail will not show the original location if the initial answer was deleted and this might not be picked up until later.
Ideally for a Form Location question there should be no delete option in order to maintain a Full Audit Trail and to ensure that the forms data is not tampered with.
