Submit Your Suggestions For Field View

It would be good to be able to link the FV user to a couple of things by User ID (this is referred to as PersonID in the API documentation) rather than just their name as a string. This helps because we get people with the same name, and will allow us to link signatures to emails/other unique IDs stored elsewhere in Field View, allowing us to properly identify them.

The three things we need, in order of priority:

1. Update the output of GetProjectFormsList() , GetProjectFormsListUpdated() etc. to include an additional parameter - the PersonID of the FormOwner. Currently we only get FormOwner as a string

2. Update the output of GetForm, GetTableGroup etc. to include an additional parameter when the QuestionType = Signature, this parameter would be the PersonID of the person signing. Note there's already a FormAnswerID parameter in the output for these question types, I think this is the ID you can use to download the image of the signature, and if so this should remain unchanged. Also note that users can add signatures from non-FV users on the tablet by typing a name, it would be useful if this field somehow indicated that the signature was from a 'non-user' rather than a person with a FV account, perhaps by setting the new parameter as -1, -9999 etc.

3. Provide a call for the list of Business People (similar to the excel export you can do from FV). Currently we can only get the list of everyone by repeatedly calling GetProjectPeople for each project, and then removing duplicates
