It would be useful to include a filter to remove all process tasks within a process which are 100% closed, then when the process is downloaded, only the process tasks with outstanding QA are visible. This would make the excel more easy to understand and view and would also save time, as otherwise the user has to manual review each column and delete all fully completed process tasks. It also allows the user to focus on the areas which are outstanding, making it more concise when sharing/emailing out to the relevant parties.
