Example: The Client role - you can only see tasks which are ‘assigned to the client or raised by the client’. Challenge: This doesn't work for scenarios with multiple clients from different organisations.
Workaround: Add all clients in the same organisation (not very professional.) Proposed soluton: It would be nice to set up a role where all clients can see all ‘Client Snags’ regardless of who raised them or who they are issued to.
