When exporting records from Field View using the ‘Forms Report’ function, we’ve found it effective for compiling and sharing data at handover.
However, a key limitation is the lack of linkage between the plan view pins and the corresponding records listed below in the report. There is currently no visual or reference-based association between the two.
This makes it difficult to quickly cross-reference or validate the location of specific entries in the export. We’d like to explore whether pins can be referenced inline with the form records or if a unique location tag (record ID) can be added for clarity.
