Button to include audit trail when a child form is selected from a parent pdf (this happens by default when you download a form from the parent process cover sheet!!!)
When you download the process signoffsheet report you don't have the option to choose whether you want the audit trail or not, is added by default. And if you click on a form from the process cover sheet, this is automatically downloaded with the audit trail.
If however, you select a child form from the parent, this is downloaded automatically without any audit trail, so the behaviour is not the same.
We need a button to select what we want the child pdf to look like, to include audit trail or not, or do that by default if its parent is a process form.
