Ability to lock the order forms are created in a process and/or add the option to only allow creation of forms if the previous form/step have been signed off. Effectively allows us to introduce Gateways/Hold Points into processes.
This should be done as optional, e.g. users reach process step 10, they cannot continue until the process step is signed off (complete and final status).
