Although I train people this function and have this referenced in my IMS guide, people often forget they must select the 'Add/Remove Columns' then select 'Title' in order to display the Form Title in the Forms area. This causes unnecessary delays and confusion (people opening each form manually to see what the Form type is about).

The title option is on by default for me but not for others. Agree it should be on as a global default.
