Submit Your Suggestions For Field View

Ability to select a drop-down box option within a task/form, that opens up a secondary drop-down box in relation to it

For example, when raising a task you may need to select a cause but at present the cause list could be a huge list or list that is very vague. With this suggested feature, you could select a cause category in the first/primary drop-down box and then choose a specific "root" cause is the secondary drop-down box.

    Betsie,

    I assume the existing functionality being referred to here is the ability to group answers on a predefined list - effectively allowing a 2 tier answer, but no more than that...

    This issue was cataloged quite some time ago, and we will be doing better on our response times in the future.  This feature currently exists but may not have been available at the time of the request.
