Presently, subcontractors possessing 'create form' permissions retain the ability to modify their forms post-sync. Is it feasible to introduce a permission feature that prevents this? In simpler terms, could we implement a 'form lock' function? Our current approach involves utilizing workflows, which, as you are aware, renders a form as read-only if users lack the necessary permissions to adjust its status. Nonetheless, subcontractors can still access the form through workflows, as they require the 'open' workflow to set the initial workflow.
