The scenario is I have to create processes for many different systems, a lot of process steps are the same. We always carry out the same 4 or 5 steps at the start of each process (Lets call that Stage 1) and then another few tasks at the end of every process (Handover).
Could we create a process called Stage 1 that contains these few steps. Add another process called Handover that contains the final few steps.
Then where it all comes together I create a system process. within this system process I can add the Stage 1 process, the steps specific to the system and then the Handover process.
It should pull in the relevant tasks and forms associated with the respective process.
Imagine the time it would save, not having to do it all manually.
