There are occasions when we will open a task for a subcontractor, the subcontractor does not deal with the issue so a defective works notice is issued. It would be good to be able to link the form to the task to create an audit trail. We can reference the form in the task and the task in the form by manually entering but an audit trail and connection between the two would make it easier to go between the two and assist in any future disputes that may occur
