scanning document directly with superior quality than taking photos would be much easier than scanning outside of the app and uploading the pdf

This would be a nice feature to have as sometimes people take photos of docs instead of uploading them and the photos can be blurry. Equally it can be very time consuming to upload docs from the laptop if you are out on site and can't get back to the cabin/site office easily.
