when downloading bulk files, the folder name (which contains the downloaded forms) carries the form ID. (only) it is possible to add the date to the report itself using a check box at download stage, but this is inside the folder. as a result the folders are in Form ID order when extracting them from the zip file.
it would be more helpful if the folder carried the date that the work was undertaken from the form, followed by the form ID it would need to date in reverse to give a date order to be consistent i.e 2020-08-10 for 10th Aug 2020
as it is the form ID does not necessarily order the forms by date.
