We use predefined lists for names of operatives on a site.
We enable the 'Other' option in the list to allow users to input names of 'new' operatives not currently on the list.
It would be helpful if the predefined list would update with the added name after inputting.
It would also be helpful to delete 'leavers' although this is more managable online than adding new.
