On Sites previous pre start issues could arise at later dates that could possibly cause Delays/Design issues, in the past any issues have been raised but placed on Tasks with the IHP/Vinci title to maintain history of the issues arisen. this as assisted with later comments being raised about the item loaded onto the system and evidence and dates attached.
