It doesn't make sense to me why the SDX template for Customer Import doesn't have a Status code so I can upload a list of "Inactive" customer codes. Someone has to go into Customer maintenance and click on inactive and save, one customer at a time. What if I have thousands of old customers I need to make inactive??? This doesn't make business sense. Please amend the SDX Customer Import excel template. Thank you!
