Submit Your Suggestions For Field View

Change log for all actions

Field View is used to record and track vital information. Changes to the fields within a task are tracked as expected, along with answers on forms and status changes. However nothing else is tracked.

If a form/task is deleted there is no record of who deleted it. If a form template is edited there is no record of who edited it. The set up of projects can be changed with no record of who or in most cases when changes were made.

Not being able to track these changes makes it impossible to investigate when things happen that shouldn't. Whether through malicious intent, accident, or lack of understanding.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs. Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
