Remove at sync status is a great tool when used on forms, as the forms get removed from the tablet when that status is set. However, this tool is not available on process tasks.
When changing the form status, the forms disappear from the process, but the process is left with the option to create a new form.
I can imagine it would be something very difficult to implement, but perhaps when the process task status is set to a remove at sync status, add a message on the process task to say - "Form is complete - only available through website" and lock users from creating a form on that process task.
