At the moment, the roles have under general permissions, in the comments section the ability to "Delete Comments". This option enables the role to delete ALL comments, not just their own comments. This causes a lot of issues, because the system cannot track who deleted the comments either, and we end up with users that mistakenly delete comments created by other users. AND If we remove the "Delete Comments" right, they cannot delete their own comments, so we're between a rock and a hard place here...
Can we please have an additional option for comments. Convert the existing one into a Delete My Comments option and add a new one that enables the user to delete all comments. Similar to Edit all comments and Edit my comments.
The options currently look like:

Edit all comments
Edit my comments
View comments
We just need the delete comments option split into 2, and it would look like the below:

This sounds like a practical way to deal with comments more effectively
I think this can be something very easy and fast to implement...
