At current we have upwards of 1,000 people on our project, a search bar would mitigate the need to filter through all of them to find specific people each time someone needs to add a users signature. It's such a simple function that would save literally hours of man power each day.

This is an excellent suggestion. I cannot believe that it has not been done already, when other types of similar software have this predictive text/person feature.
