We currently distribute alot of our information through predefined alerts setup on certain workflow stages, problem is that the report dosent currently contain everything we would like for example "who answered the question and when" but this is an option when you manually produce a report. What i would like is the ability to set default report parameters by project or business.

This is crucial to using the system as our site tool for generating documents. Without it we need to employ excessive admin to find and attach files manually for our handover and archive files.
