In Vista when you create a ud lookup there is a Hidden checkbox so the users won't see that data when they use the lookup. Also in Vista, on a ud Table the KEY field used on a table that updates the ud table does not actually input the key value into the ud table and uses the value you choose.
Since it works perfectly fine in Vista, Field View should work the same way in that it should not display the key value AND the lookup value on the form and the printed pdf.
Business Case Use: When you have a Quality Inspection or Safety form that values you chose are VERY important when showing on a signed report. If you have anything numeric (say a rating) and you chose that value then it has the key value and another number in brackets, we can't really prove or say what we really meant to choose.

And so on. On the form, we see 1(0), 2(25), 3(50) as our values to choose from and it also prints on the report. These are the wrong values and is very confusing.
The Vista integration is not causing this issue as the ud form would update and store 0, 25 and 50 values not the 1, 2, 3.
