Currently there is no ability for notifications to be sent when statuses are changed on tasks.
For a snag for example, it would be useful for our validation / Block managers to be notified when a subcontractor changes one to Subcontract complete. Likewise a notification to the subcontractor when we reopen / reject a snag.
