No matter what you select to group by or sort by, Report is always grouped by Location.
I asked support and their reply was - "Regardless of which sorting options you select when generating the report it will always divide the report up based on location to some extent". This creates a lot of pages . 6/7 pages are generated instead of 1 page if for example you group by created date
