We would like to set up notifications for when a form is started. For example, we would like our Safety Directors to receive a notification when a safety incident form is created.

This doesn't work though when someone creates a form, only when they change the status. Can we not have it where they get the notification when the form has been created?

Hi. If you right-click on a Form Template from the Form Template grid page and choose Distribution List, you can create distributions per workflow state. If you have any questions, please contact Support and they will be happy to help.
