We populate end dates for projects when we set up a project to enable us to run a report within our business each month to show what projects are in construction phase and which are in handover phase. Therefore we have quite a few projects that have elapsed the end date on the project details but are still using FV in the handover period and this could be for many months. I have been told that analyse - forms summary in the analysis feature does not bring project data over for projects that have elapsed their end date. I understand not bringing data over for projects that have been deactivated but due to the above is there any way that this feature can bring across data even if the project has gone past it's end date as we need reports for both things.
