Some roles need to be able to raise tasks in order to function. For example the Client may need to raise Client Snags and monitor their progress. However the client shouldn't be issuing tasks directly to the subcontractor as there is no commercial/contractual relationship in place between them.
It is currently possible to create a package that points to the main contractor's on-site team, but there is no way to limit the client's access to only use this package. This can cause unexpected commercial issues when the client instructs the subcontractor to perform a task which is outside of the agreed scope of works etc.
Being able to limit which packages a role can use would also allow for more freedom for subcontractors to be able to raise tasks to manage their own work within the main contractor's Field View project, or to raise H&S observations etc.
